Together, we’ll explore how different nervous system states show up uniquely in your body. ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) helps you develop the skills to respond to life’s challenges with greater openness, flexibility, and self-compassion. Rather than struggling against difficult thoughts and emotions, you’ll learn how to relate to them in a way that reduces their hold over you. Together, we will clarify what truly matters to you (your values) and explore how to take meaningful steps toward a life that feels authentic, purposeful, and aligned with who you want to be.

Whenever something significant happens in our lives, our brains instinctively hit the “record” button. They store how we got through it — how we coped, protected ourselves, or survived. Later, when something similar happens (or even something our brain perceives as similar), that old response automatically plays back.

These everyday habits have a meaningful impact on your brain health and, in turn, your mental and emotional well-being.
